Each of the finalists were outstanding, but this individual stood out for her leadership and compassion and for her commitment to patient care. Please join us in congratulating your choice for the 2022 Cholangiocarcinoma Oncology Nurse of Excellence (ONE) Award, Emily Hemmer, BSN-RN, Hepatobiliary Nurse Coordinator at the Washington University School of Medicine Alvin J. Siteman Cancer Center. Emily Hemmer received a plaque to recognize her contribution to cholangiocarcinoma oncology nursing, as well as a donation to the Cholangiocarcinoma Foundation in her name.
