An Open End-of-Year Appreciation Letter

Web Exclusives — December 23, 2020

To All Our Esteemed Clients – New and Old – and Prospective Partners & Collaborators:

Dear Colleagues and Friends,
As the end of this year draws near, we at Amplity Health would like to take this opportunity to thank all of you for an amazing 2020. We also share a celebration of our victories and accomplishments with everyone, while reflecting on ways to improve as we progress into the new year! The success of Amplity Health is based on the effective and vibrant relationships we have forged over the years; we simply wouldn’t be where we are without you. We are extremely grateful for the opportunity to work with, and for you!

We wanted to take this moment to share that we – as your trusted partners – continue to be vigilantly present and are working tirelessly on your behalf to create, fulfill, and manage successful programs and initiatives that support your business and the livelihood and well-being of multitudes of patients who depend on them. Please, rest assured that we are 100% committed and well-positioned to support you in the current dynamic environment moving into the New Year, as our passion for helping you, our clients, remains strong and steadfast.

As most scientific and medical congresses and meetings with various industry stakeholders remain virtual in the first half of 2021, we are finding and applying innovative ways for effective information dissemination, education, and communication; this is dispersed through both alternative as well as “traditional” media channels, based on the sustained imperative for healthcare providers (HCPs) to stay current. With the impending winter lockout of HCP personal meetings, including key account manager and direct salesforce interactions, as well as peer-to-peer scientific exchanges, nontraditional nonpersonal strategies for promotion and scientific/medical affairs projects are key for a successful 2021, now more than ever.

In this year of a perilous global pandemic, sometimes we found our greatest successes in the most surprising places. We are sure it has been the same for you. This is why we firmly believe that no matter what the economic, social, and policy climate has been at the macro- or healthcare-specific level, we have persevered together with you as a team and came out stronger.

As we move into 2021 and seek opportunities for growth, know that Amplity Health is here, as your partner, to help you get your value proposition and messaging in front of any and all of your targeted audiences through multiple media, including our family of journals, publications, e-newsletters, and resource centers, as well as relevant initiatives implemented through our medical communications agency, Strategix. We are working closely with our internal teams to ensure your 2021 goals are met, and we are continuing to support you in the manner to which you are accustomed and fully deserve.

Both on behalf of our entire group, as well as personally, I wish you, your families, and your loved ones a very safe Holiday Season and a healthy and prosperous Happy New Year, and thank you for your continued trust in us.

Best regards,
