2023 CCA Summit Ancillary Event Request

The CCA Summit organizers require all organizations (commercial and nonprofit) that wish to hold functions during any CCA Summit meeting or symposium to complete an Ancillary Event Request. Blackout Time and Policy

Organizations may only hold ancillary events during CCA Summit–approved ancillary times. The CCA Summit strictly enforces the blackout times at the request of our steering committee and faculty, who often have conflicting schedules that include CCA Summit sessions and non–CCA Summit meetings and events. If you need to have your meeting within the blackout times, please e-mail

2023 CCA Summit blackout times:

  • October 19, 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM (MST)
  • October 20, 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM (MST)
  • October 21, 6:00 AM - 12:30 PM (MST)

Deadline for Submission: Friday, September 1, 2022, at 5:00 PM (MST)
